Representing young ASCE professionals, YMF strives to connect the industry with our members and student chapters by presenting them with career opportunities. In an effort to assist our student chapter members in finding an internship or job, we hold a Student Night and Job Fair each spring. The event consists of a job fair, a banquet, presentation of branch and section scholarships to students, and an industry related presentation. Each company that attends the event receives a CD of student resumes to assist in their recruiting efforts following the event. YMF is also active in helping our student chapters through resume workshops and information sessions on interviewing and job searches. Please contact Paul Garcia at Paul.Garcia@ch2m.com if your student chapter would like to schedule a resume workshop with YMF.
